2012 Cowbell National Mathematics Competition First Stage Results


Congratulations to everyone who participated in the First Stage of the 2012 Cowbell National Secondary Schools Mathematics Competition held nationwide on Saturday, 17 March, 2012. Promasidor has released the national result on state by state basis.

Analysis of Ogun state results revealed that 14 year old Uwa Benjamin led the senior category with an impressive 96%. Followed by Omotayo Oluwasunkami (15 years) with 95% and Adeyemo Peter (13 years) with 93%. Interestingly, all three are from Iganmode Grammar School, Idiroko.

Similarly, it was an all Ota Total Academy affairs in the Junior Category, with 11 year old Akintokun S. Adegboyega leading with and impressive 97%, closely followed by 12 year old Folorunso Temitope O. 96% and 13 year old Raheem Abdul-Razaq T. (90%).
