2014 Cowbell Mathematics Competition Result – First Stage

Special Raffle Draw All students are required to bring two (2) empty 400 gram sachets of Cowbell milk to the first stage examination centres to participate in the raffle draw to win the following branded prizes: Rechargeable Lamps, Golf Bags, Portable Audio Players, Wall Clocks, Wristwatches, Scientific Calculators and School Bags.Congratulations to everyone who participated in the First Stage of the 2014 Cowbell National Secondary Schools Mathematics Competition held nationwide on Saturday, 15 March, 2013.

The 2014 Cowbell Mathematics Competition Result (First Stage) has been posted on Promasidor’s website. Of the 827 entries from Ogun State for the Junior category, only 53 students scored as least 50%. Leading the pack is 13 year old ATOLAGBE Yusuf Olayinka of Nigerian Turkish International, Isheri with 88%, followed by Master FATOKE Ademola Paul  (12 yrs) of Ota Total Academy, Ota (85%) and Master NWIGWE Chilolum (12 years) of Nigerian Turkish International, Isheri with 82%.

In the Senior category, Ota Total Academy held the top two position with Master AKINTOKUN Adegboyega (93%) and Master FOLORUNSO Temitope (76%). Miss OMOTOSHO Rukayat Yetunde of Iganmode Grammar School got the 3rd spot with 74%. Only 24 students of the 827 entries from Ogun State scored at least 50%.

Last year, Iganmode Grammar School, Ogun State won the trophies of the Cowbell Mathematics Competition 2013 senior category.
